All sessions are designed with the individual in mind.
Your routine will be created with goals that we set together. Close monitoring allows routines to remain fresh as well as exciting. This creates a challenging experience as you reach and maintain your fitness goals. A free 30-minute consultation allows the opportunity for client assessment and goal setting.

Pricing

Single Session $ 60.00/session
This is recommended for the client that is fit but in need of a fresh routine. The session time will be spent challenging the muscular and aerobic energy systems as we develop a routine that will leave you exhilarated each and every time.

1 x per week  $ 50.00/session
If you are optimally fit and looking to maintain peak performance this session is for you. Each week time will be spent maximizing your cardio, flexibility and strength gains. Goals have been reached and maintenance is what you are all about. You already work out on your own 3 to 4 x per week.

2 x per week  $ 45.00/session
Now that your are looking to accomplish certain goals, you are ready to dedicate the necessary time. Together we will work on a routine which will allow you 1- 2 days of exercise time that you are solely responsible for. Constant monitoring will ensure that you are on track with the set goal.

3 x per week  $ 40.00/session
Absolutely ready and willing is what this client has in mind when she shows up every other day prepared to exercise. The routines are developed to gain and maintain a healthy body. Goals are set bi-weekly to keep the routine fresh and innovative. All aspects of fitness are addressed as we perfect execution of a given routine. Proficiency will allow you to be at ease as your skills evolve.  Subsequently you develop physical and mental strength. Activities of daily living become much easier and energy is more abundant.
